What Makes You a Great Fit :

- Onboarding and managing strategic partnerships with banks/NBFCs. Reach out to different lending partners for co-lending opportunities to achieve organization's strategic objectives.

- End-to-end on-boarding of partners from lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration & closing.

- Responsible for business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnership

- Ensure complete documentation and agreements are in order and timely updations as required

- Responsible for day to day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations.

- Effectively managing stake holder discussions and a regular connect to drive the initiatives smoothly and create positive synergies.

- Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management.

- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation and lending agreements are created with the highest level of accuracy

- Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability

- Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership and work with various stakeholders ; compliance, legal, and operations

- Negotiate and close best pricing as per industry standards across banking and payment partners

Must Have Skills :

- Min 5-6 years of work experience in the payments industry and prior experience in managing/negotiating with Banking and Financial partners

- Should be able to manage the on-boarding of acquiring partners and work closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) for end to end execution.

- Manage and grow existing partner relationships, keeping in-line with the industry developments along with exploring new partner opportunities.

- Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.

- Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
