RedSky platform allows brands to manage in-store activations in real-time, and optimize in-store, BTL, Digital and ATL spend. The platform enables competition tracking, shopper connect (in-store loyalty and shopper targeting), and other capabilities to our customers. Job Overview : VP (P&amp;M) will be responsible for the overall product experience, features and development prioritization basis business requirements. The role will entail translating business requirements into specifications and deliverable, and liaising with the technical team to get the product to a shape and stage that it provides super business value, aids decision making and enables business through ease of execution. In addition to this, the VP (P&amp;M) will also be responsible for the marketing function, which in-turn will centre around creating brand and product recognition, pricing strategies, lead generation and other placement strategies and outreach strategy. Responsibilities and Duties : - Delivering Product roadmap and prioritization working actively with the CTO - Formulating user experience and feature design - Creating business requirement documentation - Liaising with the technical team - Creating marketing collateral for enabling customer outreach and conversation - Liaising with the sales head for delivering an effective Sales playbook - Generating high quality leads through marketing initiatives and data analysis &nbsp; Qualifications : - Tier 1 Engineering background (preferably computer science) with an MBA - 5+ years experience in product/marketing - Product and design mindset - FMCG or consulting background preferred
