Redsky Technologies - Sales & Business Development Role (5-20 yrs)

Job Overview :

This is a sales leadership role where you would be contributing to the company's growth objectives in India and in global markets. You would be responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing accounts by positioning the company's offering to the customers. We have a suite of products and services covering end-to-end solutions from warehouse to consumer, and you would be responsible for customer's solution discovery by being their consultative partner in their journey.

Responsibilities :

- Build the sales pipeline and set overall sales strategy of the company to support the growth of the company in different markets

- Define and build a structured team and processes to support complex B2B sales

- Drive management reporting and CRM processes to ensure sales forecast is accurate

- Identify new opportunities in different industries and different geographies

- Set strategy to acquire channel partners in different geographies and drive sales through them globally

- Identify competition and build a proactive action plan

- Liaise with delivery teams to ensure the customer's needs get translated into the final deliveries

Skill required :

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales in a SaaS/ Technology products organization

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

- Proven record of scaling sales revenue in India and in other global markets

- Strong in driving SaaS matrix. Growth in Monthly Run Rate (MRR); Driven Customer Retention
