Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Experience in Sales, Marketing of which last 5 years primarily in Sales, Account Management, Sales Management roles
- Experience in selling enterprise ERP, CRM, SFA, BI, SCM, DMS solutions (software products or related) to large & medium scale enterprises.
- Identifying potential Clients and business opportunities, reaching out to them with Product offering and to lead generation.
- Assisting Senior Management in conversion of lead to closure
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement and work towards having minimum 3x pipeline all the time.
- Build and maintain relationship with potential and existing clients.
- Responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work with Product team for tailored sales solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent Communication skills - written, verbal, presentations.
- Comfortable to cold call/ initiate dialogue/ hold conversations with Client/ Prospect/ Partner Organizations.
- FMCG Industry Exposure
