REPORTS TO: Director - Buying & Merchandising

Overview:

Redlily.com is an online e-store for premium products in India.

We are looking for bright motivated talent who has a passion for products, brands & growth in the e-commerce space covering everything for a family. Redlily started with kids- products and now is expanding into electronics & other categories. You will work on reporting, replenishments, brand/product showcasing, sell through, new brands acquisition and category management. You will work in collaboration with all cross functional partners such as supply chain, IT, content team, etc to drive results. You will bring creativity, patience, agility, and huge sense of humor to learn and grow.

Qualities and Qualifications:

- You must be passionate about the customer, passionate about e-commerce, willing to deal with change and question the status quo

- You must be willing to wear multiple hats & work with excel and with different departments of our company effectively.

- Must have experience in Home and Kitchen/Electronics.

- You love being in a fast paced, dynamic environment and loves to adapt and grow the team

Your background will include:

- Bachelors must from a reputed university is preferred

- Proficiency with reporting, MS Excel, Word, Photo/Editing Software

- Familiar with working on retail ERP software

- Have prior retail and/or e-commerce experience
