Get to know the role:

With RedDoorz moving towards becoming a data first company, this role is pivotal to the transformation. This role requires you to demonstrate a strong analytics experience and critical thinking. You will work directly with the VP, Product and other business leadership to shape the growth strategy of the company. You will be a key stakeholder in the decision making for Products. You will:

1. Analyze Product, Business and Marketing data to derive growth strategies at the company level

2. Demonstrate hands-on experience with managing product analytics for apps, product led growth and retention

3. Develop comprehensible analytical solutions to solve business problems using domain knowledge, or statistical procedures depending on the requirements of the project

4. Present the strategy shaping insights to the leadership

5. Build ML models and manage its deployment on production

6. Collaborate with multiple departments and understand and their data requirements

7. Nurture a team of Analytics

Key skills and competencies:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a field related to engineering, data science, computer science, mathematics/statistics from top universities such as IIT/NIT/BITS

- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in data analytics or Product analytics domain

- Proficiency in Excel and SQL (Must)

- Experience in R/Python will be a plus

- Working knowledge of data mining, predictive/statistical modelling

- Exposure of working with technology, design and product team preferred

- Experience of working with web and mobile analytics tools (e.g. Google analytics, Appsflyer) will be a plus
