RedCarpet - City Head - Offline Sales/Growth & Strategy (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for smart, ambitious individuals with a hardcore sales background who can setup and run offline sales channels for the distribution of RedCarpet's Financial services.
Key responsibilities include :
- Build a strong sales team and drive business through multiple channels of acquisition.
- Build a strong Sales culture that reflects and strengthens the RedCarpet Brand customer experience at every touch point.
- Develop strong interfaces with Operations to understand and contribute to Card approval process.
- Analyze applications/NCA on an ongoing basis to ensure that metrics on approval rates, cancellation rates, declines and spend behavior are met
- This role combines aspects of growth with sales - because offline distribution requires one to manage your channels with metrics and performance. You should be able to run weekly operations and processes in the field (not in office). Fundamentally, we are a lending company - so you should be able to absorb the ethos of working in a lending company: risk, operations and accounting.
- Our culture is very customer centric - this is not an office job. You will be spending 60-70% of your time on the ground with customers, channel partners and sales executives. Our customers are in colleges, small offices, spread out over the city - you will spend time with them to set up distribution channels and run growth. This role require driving sales, team handling, agent management, growth hacking for user acquisition.
NOTE: Only applicants with prior experience with Banks / Financial institutions in a channel / retail sales role will be considered.
