RedCarpet is a digital lender for the next billion users. We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, individual to lead the growth of our lending products. If you are comfortable in an all-hands-on-deck startup environment, and love solving challenging problems around credit/lending to the underserved in India, this is the place for you.

Background that will be essential for this position:

- You will have at least 4 years of overall experience with exposure to Marketing, product and portfolio management, ideally in a small ticket consumer lending / credit card business.

- You have very deep business acumen and are a strong problem solver.

- You are highly driven and resourceful. You plan meticulously and execute tightly. You will be hands on.

- You have superior analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into winning strategies and executable plans. You are comfortable with ambiguity and blue sky thinking.

- You have proven ability to influence and negotiate with external and Internal partners

- You have strong communication and presentation skills

What you will do in this role:

- Grow the monthly loan portfolio by increasing the repeat usage and lifetime value of customers

- Design & execute cross-sell campaigns across, multiple channels (digital / contact center), to deliver against aggressive term loan growth and card spend targets.

- Analyze Card spend and transaction trends and work with credit / ops / tech teams to increase customer engagement and spends.

- Use customer insights, marketplace trends, competitive knowledge and portfolio metrics to strategically identify and lead the development and execution of new marketing capabilities and platform initiatives. Closely collaborate with internal and external partners for the roll out of new capabilities.

- Develop and deliver an end to end retention strategy for the market to ensure best in class attrition rates across the portfolio, including top customer, high value, and spend attrition rates.
