We are building the Capital One meets Synchrony of India. We are creating very smart, high engagement, revolving credit products for India. You would be like a CEO of your independent vertical. - Its also a perfect role for people from the industry who want a leadership role. Key Responsibilities : - Developing and securing partnerships with Fintechs, traditional NBFCs, and Banks to launch Debit Card and Credit Card EMIs, personal loans, and buy now pay later products on the platform. - Building strategic alliances with financial service companies including payment gateways, banks, and insurance companies to operationalize various financial services products on the platform. - Manage relationships and be the point of contact for engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics) to ensure successful development and deployment of new products - Target Gaming, E-com, Ed-Tech, Mobility etc., verticals - Design Product & onboarding journey on various interfaces/ digital channels. - Create various cohorts of data either basis customer segments or distribution channels for sharp shooting offers to right channels/customers. MUST HAVE : - You must have relevant BNPL, e-commerce, financial services, Insurance or payments environment. - Ideally with a KAM(key account management)/ Alliances / BD experience in Banks / Lending Fintech SaaS company GOOD TO HAVE : - Experience in building loyalty or offer programs for online/offline card users. - Compensation will include market standard salary and significant ownership of the company through stock options. Important : For the next 12 months - we are open to this being a remote/WFH role.
