Role:- The product team has a matrix structure with the country (P&L) product teams forming the 'verticals' and specialization/feature teams forming 'horizontals'. Personalisation is a horizontal and the person responsible for it will be taking care of personalisation and Customer Lifetime Management for users across all geographies
Responsibilities:-
- Conduct behavioral analyses and come up with insights to improve the user experience
- Personalization of redBus assets across geographies and businesses for maximizing not just conversions but also retention of users
- Controlling churn of users and planning communication over life-time based on behavior
- Evolve a roadmap to integrate experiences across different business lines
Requirement:
- See opportunities to tailor the experience of (almost) every user on Redbus to be relevant and useful. (With the number of users we have, believe us, it's quite a lot of experiences to take care of)
- Lose sleep about the unnecessary clicks users do to complete a transaction
- Dream about providing the path of least resistance to every user
- See opportunities to convert and retain users not just when the user is on a redBus asset but also when (s) he is off it
- Map the user journey in your head and understand what you need to tell the user at every stage
- Get excited about how much you can learn from users' behavior and put that to use to delight them
