Experience and Qualification - Must have atleast 7 years of work experience with atleast 5 years in IT industry - Experience working in start-ups is an advantage - Should currently be a Sr. Executive Payroll, HR Operations and Compliance of a 600+ people company - Must be a B.Com, M.Com / MBA - Reporting to HR Head - redBus Key Responsibilities - Will lead end-to-end payroll processing and coordinate with payroll vendor - Will be responsible for regular preparation Payroll MIS, Employee advances, - Medical Insurance - Will be responsible for month end closing for payroll - Will lead statutory compliances and carries working knowledge of TDS, ESI,PF,PT, Gratuity, etc - Will be responsible for closing open payroll items - Will be responsible for coordinating Statutory &amp; Internal audits - Will manage employee inquiries related to payroll and attendance - Will be the custodian of employee data on Human Capital Management Systems and work with HR Business Partners to ensure 100% data accuracy on Human Capital Management Systems. Key Performance Areas - Day to Day Operations and month end payroll activities - Quarterly variable compensation and monthly incentive calculations for eligible employees - Review of Employee advances, Travel Expenses review and processing, payroll payments, Full and final settlements&nbsp; - LTA, Medical reimbursements, Form 16, Day today support and operations - Review &amp; Control Payroll - TDS Related Issues - Payroll budgeting, expense review and reporting - Coordinating the SOX Audit &amp; Internal control Audit Statutory &amp; Internal Audit. - Taking lead to close open items - Coordinate with Statutory Auditor &amp; Internal Auditor in providing Data Skill set - Thorough knowledge of India payroll and compliance - Must be proficient in creating required reporting using MS Excel - Should be familiar with Darwin box employee records management - Knowledge about International Payroll will be an advantage Divya - Talent Partner
