1) Define and own the overall "Supplier Improvement Program" 2) Engage with the suppliers to understand their current processes, operational challenges, growth levers, strategic priorities, etc. 3) Work with the business development team to develop an end-to-end process blueprint for service quality improvement 4) Identify the training opportunities, define high-level curriculum, mode of delivery, frequency, target audience, and a method to measure the success 5) Work with the vendors to develop the training content 6) Define Quality Audit methodology and execute the same on the ground
