Team Size : Individual contributor


Reporting To : CFO


Role : Provide Legal & Corporate Secretarial support

Key Responsibilities:


- Advising and assist key departments on all contractual matters.


- Drafting, vetting, negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of agreement (domestic and international). Should be able to independently manage agreements end to end.


- Advise on intellectual property laws. Should be well versed with copyright and patent laws.


- Interpreting contracts and advising business team on contractual responsibilities


- Preparing templates for standard agreements


- Keep a track of changing laws in the transportation space and identify the applicability of various laws. Advise management on regulatory matters.

Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM in Law


Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) 5-8 years of experience


Key skills required for the role:


- Preferred industry IT/ Manufacturing/Trading/E-commerce industry


- Dedicated and persuasive with a good track record in dispute resolution and litigation defense


- Excellent problem-solving skills, man-management skills, and ability to co-ordinate with different stakeholders


- Out-of-the box thinking with strong professional, analytical & inter-personal skills.


- Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to people across all hierarchical levels of the organization


- Utilize keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices


- Work towards organizational objectives within highest standards of agility and collaboration.
