We are looking for a stellar Associate Director/Director - Product Management to come on board.

You will lead the product management for a large product area consisting of several delivery pods. They will drive product strategy across these pods and partner with multiple groups across the organization to innovate and inspire changes to the customer experience aligning with redBus's unique brand promise. They will have to have an inquisitive mind-set and desire to continuously push to learn more and seek out growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with product and UX peers to create beautiful consumer experiences that are consistent with the brand's identity and promise.

- Product definition in terms of workflows, feature definition, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements across Web and Apps.

- Work closely with leaders from Customer Success, Sales, UX design, engineering, and marketing to deliver extraordinary products to our customers. Encourage collaboration with other teams.

- Build market and competitor awareness among the team. Ensure direct contact with partners and customers across geographies and segments to encourage customer empathy.

- Set and reinforce product goals. Actively monitor key business metrics and adjust team priorities as appropriate to deliver on financial and customer adoption goals.

- Find opportunities to improve processes and focus on providing solutions and delivering results. Build, guide, mentor, motivate, and retain a group of extraordinary product management professionals.

Generic Competency:

- Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs, PDLC, and Product Management (driving usage, optimization, etc.) on both Web and Apps. This is a highly mobile-focused role and prior experience in driving mobile products in preferred.

- Experience in running rigorous A/B tests across desktop, mobile web, and apps.

- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with Web and App analytics tools, heatmap tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc. Working knowledge of basic statistics & SQL.

- Eager beaver- attitude and an obsession with deadlines, analysis of the product performance, driving a solution set across development teams and a Visionary will be the drivers for this role.

- Experience in Agile software engineering environments and validated the ability to partner successfully with engineering teams ensuring prompt delivery.

- Strategic thinker combined with planned execution. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating world-class products, driving teams in improving customer adoption and satisfaction, and has complete ownership of the product road map and development plans.

Ideal candidate profile:

- Engineer with Software Development experience + MBA, preferably from Tier I institutes.

- Shown track-record of at least 5+ years of product management experience, with overall 8+ years of work experience in B2C internet businesses.

- Experience in working on Apps and E-commerce would be an added advantage
