Business Analyst - Process Re-engineering MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Years of Experience : MBA from Top B-school with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. - Initiate and drive business process re engineering projects for one of the biggest department of red Bus, cutting across all the teams of customer service function. - Driving projects that will need redesign of core business processes to achieve value add to customer, reduction in customer issues as well as improvement in internal process efficiencies. - Work closely with various operations teams to create detailed process maps and SOPs. Create a road map for transition from the AS-IS to the TO-BE process. - Brainstorm with the stakeholders for defining the TO-BE process &amp; ensure smooth transition. - Conduct insightful, adhoc analysis to investigate and closely monitor the existing processes and systems to ensure that no processes are broken thereby minimizing financial leakages. Recommend and implement controls for the identified problems. - Collaborate with decision makers of CRM function to develop and prioritize a project portfolio to improve key performance indicators as identified by the business. Facilitate workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users. - Monitor project progress by tracking activity, recommending actions, resolving problems, and publishing progress reports. - Collaborate for the cross functional projects and program-manage them. Also help to generate ideas for other and suggest/implement new processes which needs to be taken up for the next wave of transformation and automation. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : - Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and managing multiple projects. - Strong analytical,Advanced excel, interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent skills in business analysis, requirement elicitation and analysis, process mapping(MS Visio) and documentation with advanced excel skills. - Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive. Ability to work independently and with others. - Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple timelines. - Successful track record of working with senior decision makers and managing multiple stakeholders, with proven ability to run workshops and meetings. - Certification in Lean and Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
