We are a Food/Food Tech Start up looking for HR ( Talent Acquisition )cum Admin Manager

Skills & Experience Required

- 4+ years of Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

- Hiring for Sales/BD/Tech/Operations/Startup/Top Management /Chefs/Financial/Delivery Guys/Marketing/Interns/Food Technologist

- Policy Formulation

- Compliance

- Excellent Communication

- Knowledge of Esop Formation and Distribution

- Co founder Agreement Preparation

- Salary Processing

- Legal knowledge

- Induction Preparation

- MBA from Top Institute

- Administration

- He/She should be an innovator and a thinker who can show new ideas to how to make Talent acquisition more effective

- Can manage single Handedly for 3 months then we can increase the team size

Compensation : Salary +ESOPS ( 50/50 ) Ratio

- Travel/Medical/Food on Duty

- Incentives/Bonus
