We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant for our Retail and Real Estate Vertical.

The Real estate sector in India is expected to reach US$ 1 trillion in market size by 2030, up from US$ 200 billion in 2021 and the Retail sector was valued at INR 62.90 Tn in FY 2022 and is expected to reach INR 120.59 Tn by FY 2027.

You will be required to :

- Nurture relationship with leadership teams in Retail/ Real Estate industry and position organisation as a trusted Talent partner.

- Identify clients' Talent needs and ensure delivery of solution through a structured approach.

- Directly contribute towards increasing the sales pipeline and prioritize delivery to ensure long term relationship with the clients.

- Ascertain new streams of business in client organisations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and exceed client expectation.

- Network and engage with CxO and Industry experts on Talent trends in the industry.

- Develop and present reports on account performance, growth, and opportunities.

What do we look for?

- 7+ years of experience into Consulting, Corporate Sales or Business Development role.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience of providing high value Solutions to Senior stakeholders.

- Ability to make a positive difference in a Consultative environment.
