Recruitment Specialist, B'lore
10-14 years experience with deep expertise in current role in KPO/ Technology hiring.
- End to end management of the recruitment process with special emphasis on quality of talent, role fit & desired timelines
- Building strong client relationships - partnering with Hiring Managers to define their staffing needs and agree & execute best practice on recruiting strategy
- Advising & informing hiring managers regarding appropriate talent acquisition strategies in line with the local market conditions.
- Handle multiple business units
- Manage a team of 4-5 recruiters (mid and senior) + oversee a team of coordinators
- preferably having core recruitment exp of 10-12 yrs in large firms
- financial domain and market knowledge. Is required
