- Source, Interact, Schedule, Monitor candidate's recruitment process
- Shortlisting & screening resumes from job portal
- Conduct telephonic interview
- Should develop good recruitment knowledge of technologies
- Follow up with the candidates till joining
- Post Joining interaction and grievance handling
- Candidate can be from IT/Non-IT Background
