Recruitment Specialist - Corporate HR Team - FMCG

An FMCG MNC wishes to hire sharp and promising HR professionals as part of their corporate HR team.

The incumbent shall be :

- Process owner for Talent Acquisition

- Working closely with Business and external vendors to induct professionals who would aid in the organisation being future ready

- Part of Strategic HR projects

- Process improvements - Streamlining hiring process

- Responsible for interventions bringing about a better work culture

- We invite applications from only premier B School graduates with 4-6 years of post qualification experience ( 2013/14 batch preferred).

- Applicants must have worked in organizations of repute, preferably FMCG, Pharma, Telecom.

- Experience as Talent acquisition specialist /a business partner driving recruitment processes is desired.

- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross functional teams.

- Should be open to handling specialist and generalist functions.
