This role offers exposure to handling Global roles in Risk, Front Office and Finance verticals along with managing Global clients and candidates. You would also get the opportunity to be involved in niche Financial Services recruitment using cutting edge AI/ML technology on our hiring platform.
Job Responsibilities :
- Source potential candidates through various sourcing channels (e.g., Monster, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)
- Screen resumes to shortlist candidates as per the Job Description.
- Understanding of the Boolean Searches, cold calling. head hunting. etc.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future positions.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, assessment and candidate engagement.
- Coordinate and engage with hiring managers to identify staffing need and provide pipeline updates.
Experience : Should have 3-8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate and client engagement in the Financial Services domain.
