Roles and Responsibilities
- We are looking for IT Recruiter and Non-IT recruiter for our Company. This will be purely working from home role.
- You should have worked as an individual contributor with client-facing role for at least 2 years and be able to and handle end-to-end recruitment process with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities
- Source, Validate and submit profiles for the requirements.
- Work and Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs on a daily basis.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms and professional networks)
- Preliminary screening of applications based on the JD and role.
- Identifying and forecasting future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing
- Ensure adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned open roles within the agreed timelines.
- Ensuring delivery of profiles with quality candidates within the set TAT
- Be able to provide market intelligence for key skills
- Efficiently and effectively filling open positions
- Manage and Nurture the client SPOC relationship
