We are looking for self-motivated independent thinkers who have the ability to work with some of the latest technologies in the recruitment industry as well as the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates for multiple vacancies - Interview candidates on the phone and face to face and determine their suitability for vacancies - Headhunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies - Generate new candidates and leads through referrals and market information - The ability to work effectively with colleagues in India and overseas - Working quickly and efficiently and use their own initiative. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Minimum MBA qualification and strong communication skills in English - A competitive mind set and ability to learn and adapt - High energy and a sales orientated mindset and a willingness to learn new skills - Length of experience in recruitment or general experience is not important.
