We have exciting opportunity for recruiter/Sr recruiter with a global organization.
This role will be IC, person should have hands on experience in Non IT recruitment.
Experience - 4-8 years.
Tenure - 1 year contract
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for undertaking searches to fulfill positions by working closely with the Talent advisors and business leaders.
- Responsibilities To strategize innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent Actively source candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media and other relevant resources.
- Participate in hiring events, information sessions and special recruiting events as needed Maintain the integrity of recruiting reports and applicant tracking
Requirements :
- Should hold good experience working with Corporates.
- Good experience with stakeholder management
- 4-8 years of Proven work experience as a Non IT Recruiter.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).
- 15 days or a maximum 1 month of notice.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
