About the Role :

We are looking to hire a person in our leadership recruitment team who would work in our Employment segment which focuses on leadership level recruitment.

Responsibilities :

- Handle leadership recruitment

- Make a source map and hiring planning

- Deploy multiple recruitment avenues for attracting RIGHT candidates

- Shortlist the candidates for the client interviews

- Headhunting for the niche profiles

- Support business development initiatives

To summarize : 70% Senior Management Hiring & 30% Business Development
