Recruitment Role - Lateral Hiring - IT/Non IT Domain - Consulting Firm (3-10 yrs)
Job Introduction :
Handle end-to-end recruitment effectively for Non-IT/IT. To be passionate about providing the right hiring to customers as per the time frames using social networking sites, job portals & references.
Key activities & deliverable :
- Coordinate with key clients HRs, catering to their requirements and initiating the sourcing process through recruiters, keeping a track of the whole process and ensuring that the position is closed.
- Act as a Recruitment SPOC for other clients as and when required
- Effectively manage requisitions while maintaining constant contact with hiring managers & candidates
- Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels (i) job portals (ii) conducting referrals (iii) Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands of the client.
- Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing; screening and short-list
- Candidates; briefing and preparing candidates with relevant information on the client; coordinate Interview logistics; negotiation of remuneration packages ensuring client needs are met in a timely
- Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities.
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of prospects & Ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with company policies and procedures including business principles; misconduct reporting
