Recruitment Role - IT

- Excellent verbal, written & assertive communication skills

- Should have minimum of 3 years hands-on hiring experience

- Selection interview, Testing and Evaluation

- Turn around time should be strictly adhered.

- Building up database

- Institutes and college connects for bulk hirings

- Maintaining good relationship with candidates and clients

- Experienced in hiring all levels of technical candidates.

- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.

Requirements :

- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment

- MBA/PGDM from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai (SPJIMR) or Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur (XLRI).

- B.E/B.tech Graduate/Post Graduate
