Tech Recruiters (Working in Vendors or Consulting companies, taking care of Tech requirements from Product or Startup companies)/Candidates from Product based companies.

Summary:

- Performs recruiting and sourcing duties to identify, screen and select professional, technical, and/or other candidates. Coordinates with line management to fill job vacancies in a timely manner.

- Keeps the HR Manager up to date on all applicants as they move through the recruitment process.

- Assists in other areas of Human Resources as required. Uses expert knowledge of internet sourcing to pipeline candidates for future job req s.

- This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise substantial and discretionary decision-making authority.

Skills Required:

- Strong sourcing abilities required (expertise), prior experience working on IT Skills

- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
