Recruitment Role - Human Resource - eCommerce Logistics Firm

Organization: Technology-based top logistic company

Qualification: Graduate + MBA ( Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges Only )

Location: Gurgaon

Reports to: Head HR

Job Profile:

- Determine the current and future staffing needs across businesses and ensure positions get closed with a minimum possible TAT

- Work with and assist internal recruiters and external recruitment consultancies

- Develop a recruitment strategy including recruitment campaigns

- Identify and develop talent pools in the market

- Develop campus recruitment campaigns apart from the ones for lateral hires

- Develop relationships with third-party staffing agencies

- Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities and reduce overall hiring costs

- Ensure continuous pipeline of candidates across all levels

- Assist in employee retention and development for achieving low attrition within the organization

NOTES :

- Min 2 years & Max 7 years post qualification experience (MBA)

- Age: 32 Years Max

- Only from hardcore recruitment background

- Current CTC should be more than 5 lacs, OTHERWISE, DO NOT APPLY.
