Non tech Lead Recruiter
- Develop & implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality candidates
- Manage the full life cycle hiring process
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Contact qualified, passive and active candidates to determine interest level
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications for job fit
- Schedule and coordinate telephone and in-person interviews
- Manage multiple requisitions for a variety of positions
- Manage vendors and recruiting partners
- Develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking and direct sourcing
- Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline
- Develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients by earning respect and acting with the greatest amount of professionalism
- Assist with the creation job descriptions and job postings
- Manage applicants information and update status on applicant tracking software system
