Engage with the Customer to identify Candidates traits to qualify Right Fit candidates. - Good experience into Technology hiring - Create position dependent sourcing plan, discuss with Manager and timely execute the plan. Closely monitor the implementation. - Generate Technology / role specific Market intelligence & prospects pipeline for Premium / Niche skills, using multiple channels, tools & techniques. - Build & supply pre-qualified Right Fit candidates in a timely manner. - Facilitate candidate's selection process to ensure smooth candidate experience. - Negotiate & successfully close Candidates compensation acceptance. - Facilitate candidates offer approval & release. - Maintain strong candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-join attrition. - Deliver high Quality new hires in the desired Quantity within pre-determined timelines to meet pre-defined organizational recruitment productivity parameters.
