Recruitment Manager - Social Sector (5-8 yrs)

A Global Research Center working to reduce poverty by ensuring that policy is informed by scientific evidence, anchored by a network of 194 affiliated professors at universities around the world seeks qualified applicants for the position of Recruitment Manager to contribute to the organization's projects by ensuring the right talent is made available at the right time. The position offers an opportunity to gain first-hand experience of working with a team of highly talented researchers from leading universities around the world. The recruitment Manager will work closely with Research and Policy managers, leaders, and the Senior Management team to understand talent needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

The recruitment Manager at the organization will work closely with the senior leadership team, hiring managers, campus and placement coordinators; and various internal and external stakeholders to create impact by leading and contributing towards:

- Building the organization's brand with a higher value proposition for potential candidates.

- Constructing talent pipeline through various interventions such as Campus connects, Recruitment drives, Internships, Social media campaigns, and Referral drives.

- Thinking and acting strategically and tactically for timely hiring of niche roles and positions.

- Managing and continuously improving the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Leveraging technology to bring effectiveness and efficiency to the process.

- Enhancing the overall experience of the potential candidate(s) and that of stakeholder(s) / hiring managers.

- Leveraging behavioral assessment tools or methodologies to ensure the job and culture fitment of the future talent.

- Upskilling and enabling the hiring managers by building their competency to shortlist and hire the right fitment.

- People management

- Keeping the team of recruiters highly engaged and motivated.

- Building team fungibility by ensuring knowledge transfers/creation of process maps etc.

Qualifications and behavioral expectations :

- A Bachelor's/Master's degree / PG Diploma (in Management, Psychology or related fields will be preferred)

- Self-starter and go-getter, flexible and able to manage multiple projects

- Ability to deal with unstructured and changing environments

- Demonstrated ability to coach team members basis their needs and opportunities.

- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation
