Position: Recruitment Manager - RPO

Experience: 5-6 Years

Location: RMZ Ecoword Belandur- Bangalore

Role - 1 year contract extendable based on performance and client requirement.

Job Description :

- Account Manager would be a Key element in our Service Delivery and Client Engagement activities.

- Person would independently manage one or more client and will work as Single Point of Contact.

- She/ he would be responsible for ensuring that we provide best possible fulfillment support across geographies.

- She/ he would manage client relationships and will ensure consistent flow of business demand.

- Person would be responsible to manage client escalation, team management and business transactions.

- He/ she would be well worse with volume/ Mass Hiring.

- Excellent in MS office skills (Excel, word Etc)

Candidate Profile

- Person should have 5-6 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment, preferably catering large size MNCs

- Client management and fulfillment experience is must.

- Person should have managed a fulfillment team of not smaller than 6 people.
