Exp: 1 - 4 years - Experience in Banking Sales / Recruitment for BFSI - Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process for professionals across levels in BFSI industry. Performing Basic Responsibilities&nbsp; - Position download/ understanding, ad posting, screening, short-listing of candidates. - Use all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Networking, Employee Referrals, Internet Sourcing (Job portals). - To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job portals, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources. - Work with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. - Source &amp; Screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds. - Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies. - Cold calls to suitable candidates. - Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various recruitment goals across all levels within multiple business units. - Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruitment activity. - Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. - Manage the entire recruiting process: recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization. - Create and manage relationships with Colleges/Universities for campus recruitment. - Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports. Minimum Experience 1-4 yrs in Investment Banking/BFSI Qualifications - Strong understanding of Insurance/ NBFC recruitment process - Familiarity in using recruitment technology - ATS, Matching tools etc - Experience of working with RPO firms or recruitment firms is preferred, Corporate recruitment experience is also welcome - Ability to manage ambiguity
