Recruitment Manager - Distribution Firm (5-10 yrs)

Opportunity to hire for a leading distribution firm. The role will report directly into the Talent Acquisition Head and will be responsible for PAN India Hiring. Must be open to work on alternate Saturdays

- Driving the entire recruitment strategy from front- sourcing, screening, scheduling candidates and rolling out offers

- Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Regional Manager and ensure active pipeline of candidates

- Responsible for hiring 300-400 employees on a quarterly basis for IT hiring and operations

- Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments

- Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to including, cost, effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers

The Successful Applicant :

- Strong applied exposure of at least 5-10 years in mass hiring

- Manage end to end recruitment- sourcing to candidate management on offer

- Ability to work as a team

- Full time MBA is a must
