Recruitment Manager - Bulk/Non Tech Hiring

- Due to COVID-19 Client is making candidates join remotely please ensure if all the candidates have Laptops/ Desktop along with Broadband Connections.

Job Summary - Recruit employees across function to help us grow from 250 strong team to 800 people

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Sourcing : Source candidates through different mediums to ensure targeted CV's are presented for the Screening team

- Screening : Conduct video/tele/F2F interviews to shortlist candidates that meet the minimum requirements

- Liaise with Internal Stakeholders to ensure right candidate experience

- Ensure cost/hire is under control and other metrics are met viz. (Selection Ratio, Offer to Joining ratios)

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- Prior Bulk recruitment experience preferable (Recruitment in large batches)

- Need to have knowledge on Portals, and other sourcing mediums like referrals

- Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills. Speak in a professional, personable way to potential candidates and inform them about job requirements and answer any questions they might have.

- Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills

Persistence : Follow-up hiring leads to complete the hiring process to on-board them on the platform
