Recruitment Head - IT (15-20 yrs)

- Recruitment & Selection strategy, manpower planning for the organization across geographies.

- Robust experience to visualize organization needs in terms of manpower and should be able to optimize cost by strategize hiring split into campus, contractual, retainer and lateral without compromising on quality.

- Manage, mentor, empower and guide the talent acquisition team.

- Prior experience of interacting with atleast North India campuses/universities is must.

- Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are continuously improved and meet the business requirements.

- Benchmark the best recruitment practices of industry and be among the leaders.

- Vendor selection, negotiation and closely asses their performance.

- HR Metrics. Responsible for managing and maintaining key recruitment matrices and present them at defined frequency to all stake holders.

- Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships.

- The incumbent should be full time MBA (or equivalent) from premier institute with more than 15 years in the similar role preferably from Software Product/ Software Development company. An additional degree or diploma (B.E. /B.Tech) would be an added advantage.
