Recruitment Coordinator - Consulting Firm (3-6 yrs)
Job Title : Recruitment Coordinator - SEA
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in professional services environment, with experience at a consulting/ advisory firm preferred but not necessary
Position Overview :
The Recruitment coordinator will collaborate with and support the SEA Talent team to coordinate and organise our lateral as well as campus hiring drives - including planning, execution, recruiting and the associated HR operations.
Key Relationships :
- Directly reports to : Talent Manager-SEA
- Dotted Line : Head of Talent
Major Responsibilities :
The major responsibilities of the Talent Recruitment coordinator role will focus on, but may not be limited to, the following activities :
- Assess the hiring needs of the firm and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly
- Design and implement recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns
- Source and attract talent for the firm through events and campaigns
- Research hiring trends and compile recruitment reports
- Maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks
- Screen resumes, organise interview panels and schedule interviews
- Interview potential candidates, and monitor newly recruited employees and interns
- Manage all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, drafting offer letters and applicant documentation
Candidate Requirements :
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with designing and conducting interviews.
- Good judge of character and decision-making skills.
- Great networking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team
- A passion to learn and excel
- A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive team player
Candidate Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of concepts of Human Resource Management
- Track record of effectively collaborating with others
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Familiarity and experience with Excel
