Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

- Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team

- Approach and understand clients' recruitment needs and performing full cycle of recruitment activities

- Result-Oriented and Sales-Focused with strong drive to achieve set Quarterly Target

- Provide exceptional services to clients in terms of providing suitable candidates with speed and quality.

- Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for colleagues with:

- Experience in Technology Recruitment and niche Hiring

- University Degree

- Understanding of various Search Matrix / Websites on Internet for Tech Hiring

- Furthermore you should be highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial spirit.
