Designation- HR Consultant (Pharma/Chemical)

Location - Noida Sector 142

- End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs

- Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).

- Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates

- Screening, Shortlist resumes, Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, Follow-up.

- Handling the End -to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Level.

- Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Head hunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.

- Conduct an Interview and make sure about the interest, availability, salary expectation, functional skills, Educational Qualification, job history of the candidates.

- Salary Negotiation with Candidates and co ordinating till the joining of the candidates

- MIS and reporting
