Location : Delhi
- MBA with 8-12 years of work experience.
- End to end recruitment for Pan India offices and project sites.
- Partner with line managers and leaders, be a trusted advisor in all talent acquisition requirements.
- Ensure robust recruitment processes including screening and shortlisting, interview alignment, psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding.
- Networking with talent acquisition partners and vendor relationship management.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Position evaluations using Hay Group methodology
- Alignment with global recruitment policies, processes and templates.
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and analysis.
