Recruitment Consultant - Business Development & Client Servicing - Staffing/Recruitment Services

As a consultant, you will be responsible for Business Development and Client Servicing activities:

- Develop your own client base by breaking into - New Accounts and increasing Share of Wallet with Existing Accounts

- Interact with HR Heads of these organization to help them plan their mid-senior level manpower requirement

- Maintain a network of senior level candidates across industries and help them map their careers

- Manage your own P&L and exceed quarterly revenue targets in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment
