Job Description :
As a consultant, you will be responsible for Business Development and Client Servicing activities in the Engineering and Manufacturing Discipline :
- Develop your own client base by breaking into - New Accounts- and increasing Share of Wallet with Existing Accounts
- Interact with HR Heads/Line Managers of these organizations to help them plan their mid-senior level manpower requirement
- Fulfill these man-power requirements by hunting mid/senior level candidates in the market.
- Maintain a network of senior level candidates across industries and help them map their careers
- Manage your own P&L and exceed quarterly revenue targets in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment
The Successful Applicant :
- You are a full time Engineer and an MBA from a premier institute.
- You have least 1-4 years of experience with a proven track record of success in your current role
- We are specifically looking to hire bright talent with experience in either - B2B Sales, Consultative Selling, Business Development.
