Job Expectations - - Anchor and own end-to-end delivery of a multiple projects, Executive Search Mandates, working on Mid to Senior hiring along with Consultants and Research Associates. - Partner with senior stakeholders within Client organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements - Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies. - Showcase comprehensive and assessment skills in addition to leveraging strong industry and business understanding. - Responsible for Business Development, Client Engagement and Execution. - Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - Advise both clients and candidates during the assignment - Strong written and oral communication skills. Job Qualifications - - Experience in the BFSI/Manufacturing/Consumer/Infrastructure demonstrating a strong flair for client facing roles. - A solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organisation. - Proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment. - Relevant experience in Client Servicing and Business Development - Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities - A full-time post-graduate degree - MBA/PGDM - (HR is desirable) - Need to be fluent in business English (spoken and written)
