- Recruitment experience in Technology hiring-Product based Companies
- Experience in Recruiting Social Media / Technology / Devices talent
- Apply multiple sourcing methodologies, execute Recruitment strategies
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
