Position: IT Recruiter (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role:
- Manpower Budgeting and Recruitment Planning for the Business Unit
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment for the Business Unit
- Work on talent strategy and build talent intelligence
- Work on ways of attracting the best resources for the various positions
- Create Skill Matrix and define job descriptions for the positions
- Manage stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships
- Market mapping
- Design and manage various dashboards/HR Metrics to know the cost, quality and retention of new hires
- Create Candidate pipeline of resources for open/future positions
- Create Presentations
Requirements:
- Engg + MBA with 5-8 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Should have worked in a Large IT Services/ Captive Company/ Big-4 and handled large numbers
- Should have experience in IT Recruitment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Presentation skills
