Recruiter - Technical Domain - eCommerce (3-10 yrs)
What you'll do:
- To build a pipeline of top local and passive talent through talent mapping and networking.
- Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for roles across all levels
- Partner with business partners, hiring managers and Talent Operations to build hiring strategy
- Influence global business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision making
- Provide stellar candidate experience. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process
- Find the best, brightest and most passionate people using new and creative ways to find and engage them
- Effectively manage multiple priorities across the business including project orientation such as strong focus on diversity and inclusion
- Must have working knowledge of compensation plans
- Proactive talent mapping: develop custom research, target lists and sourcing strategies for current and future positions
- Provide key insights to stakeholders through multiple sources of information to enable decision making
- Reporting cadence across key leaders as needed. - Art and Science- approach to recruiting
- Be a consultant by understanding the external market, competitive landscape and aligning to business needs
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 8+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in a recruiting role
- Must have 360-degree experience in managing mid to senior level roles preferably from product organization
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
- Passion for recruitment with focus on strong candidate and hiring manager experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Must be able to multi-task and be detailed-oriented, strong organization skills are critical
