Position: Recruitment consultant/Sr Recruitment consultant(IT/non IT)

Location :Bangalore (New Thippasandra)

Roles and responsibilities:

Working individually on recruitment assignments for reputed organizations to comply with Manpower requirement in Junior, Middle and Senior Level positions.

Understanding the requirement for various Posts.

Searching Candidates from existing Data Base, Jobs Portals, social networking, References &various other head hunting methods.

Informing to potential candidates about available job openings through E-mail or Telephone.

Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement.

Screening and scrutinizing profiles as per client's requirements.

Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame.

Lining up short listed candidate for interview.

Co-ordinate with the short listed candidates and client relationship team.

Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after interview.

Post interview co-ordination with candidates & client relationship team

Final closure and regular follow up till joining of the candidates.

Coordinating between the candidate and the client relationship team till the formal joining of the candidate in the company.

Regular updating of Recruitment MIS Reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases i.e. Profiles sent details, Daily Interview Report, Position details.
