2. Handling End to End Recruitment for the Middle East
3. Sourcing and approaching candidates from Internal Databases, LinkedIn and job portals.
4. Building network of candidates through research, references, and headhunting
5. Screening candidates through personal, telephonic and Skype Interviews and shortlisting them based on the Client's requirement
6. Coordinating Interviews on behalf of the Client.
7. Following up with Clients and candidates for feedback
8. Mediate between client and candidate in a negotiation of salary and notice period.
9. Ensure the candidates join as per DOJ
10. General Follow up calls/emails to the candidate for feedback after joining.
11. Recruitment firm/ Consultancy experience will be consider
