Key Deliverables for the Role :

- Managing the recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening to documentation management

- Process Management on ATS

- Maintaining sources for CV from various portals. More of Social Media Savvy

- Maintaining MIS - analytics, trackers and database for the CV

- Maintaining Stake holder Management, Offer negotiation , offer management .

- Fostering best practices

Experience : 5 to 9years+ End to End Recruitment in media hiring , Mass Media Hiring , Entertainment Industry, Advertising Industry is required , ATS, Stake holder management .
